 Terms and conditions

1. There is no limit to the number of vouchers you can purchase. However, the vouchers will expire six months from the date of purchase. Please plan to fully utilize the vouchers before they expire.

2. Upon purchase, the vouchers will be credited to your account, under your name and contact number. To redeem, simply book an appointment and let us know your name and contact number. 

3. You can share your vouchers with your friends/family, as long as you are present at the appointment to authorize the use of your vouchers.

4. Blackout period of 15 January 2022 to 5 February 2022 applies. Vouchers cannot be redeemed during this period.

5. Please purchase the $88 voucher if you wish to request for a specific nail technician. We recommend booking an appointment at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred nail technician is available for your preferred date and time slot.

6. If you have no preference, and are happy to leave it to us to arrange any nail technician based on our schedule, please purchase the $76 voucher. We offer the $76 option at a bigger discount because it helps us to more efficiently arrange our appointment bookings.

7. Additional services such as gel removal or nail art are not included and are charged separately. To ensure that sufficient time is allocated, do indicate at the time of booking if you should require additional services.
